Love Update: Carin Wester

I'm still a huge Carin Wester fan, simply because she see beyond the needs of men's wear and chooses what she'll offer the industry. I think it's pretty obvious why I'm so excited about her A/W 2010 collection... give me a cropped trouser and I'm on board!

[Love Interest] Carin Wester PT.II

Yesterday we introduced Carin Wester's lastest women's wear collection that brought a dynamic approach to the everyday image. Here we are, a day later and we're exploring her works in men's wear. Being that gladior [like] sandals are making it's presence known in men's footwear this season, I can see how these particular looks can all work with that necessity. Once again, we're experience the "lazy" and relaxed drapery even in her men's wear and that can really go far for her as a leader (since she's setting her own pace). Even though I'm not completely sold on the gladiators just yet... I'm could very well be on my way.

[Love Interest] Carin Wester PT.I

We're back again with the wearable dramatic factor and there no better place to find it than here on Runway Wonderland. Swedish designer, Carin Wester is known for her intricate drapery and what more could a trendy woman want? What I appreciate most about her Spring Summer 2009 collection is her delivery of volumes. You have the intensely draped trench, your moderate trousers and blouse, then you're body hugging twin set. The options are truly limitless.
