I know that these pictures are a little lame... but I just couldn't resist the urge. Last night occurred another trip to The Vagabond for Stone Grove Tuesday's open mic night and needless to say... this spot is really making itself a comfortable place in my heart. Marcus Blake (the host) continues to make Stone Groove a home for those who not only want to experience, but be experienced. Although in all honesty, right now it seems that the poets are out shining the vocalist, there's still no doubt in my mind that that may change soon enough. Since I've yet to find an organization that comes anywhere close to "The Groove" ... I might just call this spot a weekly regular.
