Once I removed the madness and monotones from the Jeremy Scott Fall 2009 collection, I appreciated it for its work of individuality, and we all know that I commend designers who do NOT follow the trends of their peers. Of course, the the thing that stood out the most (for me) were the Mickey Mouse high-tops! What a way to bring back the world's most loved cartoon character. It's almost as thought Scott made him..... COOLER!
I say he kept it fresh!
